Returns & Exchanges

At DynaQ, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale and promotional items are subject to our standard return policy.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed. If cancelled in time, a full refund will be issued.
  • Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.

📦 Return / Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
  2. Items must be returned in their original boxes/packaging.
  3. All items must be sent in one package.
  4. Use the same courier service as the original delivery.
  5. Returns/exchanges must be made from the same country where the order was delivered.
  6. Customized items are non-returnable.
  7. Return/exchange shipping and import fees are at the customer’s expense.
  8. Defective or faulty products may naturally be returned at no additional charge.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. If your return is refused, you may choose to have the product sent back to you (shipping at your own expense).


🔁 How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service at info@dynaq.shop with the following:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or video of the faulty product (if applicable)

Step 2: Repack the item(s) in the original packaging with your receipt.

Step 3: Complete 3 copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form, place them in a transparent envelope, and attach it to the package (do not seal the package yet). These are required for customs clearance.

Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier. Once checked by the courier, securely seal the package.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once your return reaches us, please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
  • If the return does not meet our conditions, we’ll return the item to you at your expense.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund.
